Legal Update: Read the lawsuit as filed against rogue Brookside Board

This lawsuit was filed in Prince George’s Circuit Court December 12, 2022 and lists all remaining three Board members, (Mr. Lucas, Mr. Judge and Mr. Warner) as defendants. The suit focuses on the following key shortcomings:

• Lack of accountability—No elections; No Annual Meetings; No open Board Meetings;

• Lack of transparency—No financial accounting of any kind; No minutes of any meetings; No operating budget in 2022 (or 2023).

• Refusal to abide by Unit Owners’ decision to remove the entire board pursuant to 197 signed petitions for removal.
