Ousted Board Files a Temporary Restraining Order

Not satisfied with the result of the April 23 election, the ousted Board filed a Temporary Restraining Order against some members of the elected Board, namely Heath Bourne and Robert Haddad as well as against David Gilmore, who is not on the Board.

A hearing is scheduled for May 30, 2023 at 2:30 PM in the Prince George County Circuit Court to determine the status of the injunction.

It is ironic that the ousted Board is still using our Association funds to fight and object to our elections, while Bourne, Haddad and Gilmore use their own funds to enforce the by-laws of our community and to advocate for an election.
