Unit Owners for Change Delivers 197 Petitions for Removal to the Board

On October 13, 2022, Unit Owners for Change delivered 197 signed Petitions for Removal to the Board of Directors demanding their resignation and demanding a Special Meeting and the election of a replacement Board. We cited multiple egregious shortcomings from this Board, including the lack of elections for three consecutive years, the lack of financial accountability, management by chaos, and lack of transparency.
