Unit Owners for Change Letter to the Board and Attorney General's Office Demanding Release of the Ballots/Proxies

On Friday October 21, 2022, six days before the completed ballots/proxies were to be returned to Brookside Counsel, the Board of Directors had still not released the ballots/proxies. Unit Owners for Change drafted and mailed this letter to the Board as well as to Karen Straughn, Office of the Attorney General for the State of Maryland, raising the concern that this Board was attempting to confuse the Unit Owners, delay the election and suppress the vote to prevent quorum.
