Election Delayed... once again!

On Friday October 28, 2022,at 6:54 PM, an unsigned email from Board of Directors <board@brooksideparkcondos.com> is sent stating as follows:

“Per counsel's advice and after conferring with the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland, the election on Sunday October 30, 2022 has to be postponed and a new date will be set and a process followed that meets the approval of the Attorney General’s office. There are unqualified candidates on the proxy and the eligibility of voting units has to be verified. Further instructions will be forwarded soon.” 

As of Thursday November 3, 2022, no clarifications nor updates have been issued.
